Welcome to the Broadacre
A family-run bed and breakfast with double, twin and single en-suite rooms in New Romney, Kent.
The Broadacre sits in a quiet street running alongside New Romney’s High Street. Once known as The Gables, it was a country club and then a hotel before becoming a B&B.
It was built as a farmhouse: the main entrance and six of the nine bedrooms are believed to date from the 17th century. The other three bedrooms, in a converted cottage, and the breakfast room date from the 1860s. A single storey added early in the 20th century was once an estate agents and is now the bar.
